I keep seeing chatter about the week 17 Falcons game being moved to Sat night. Now I read from a league source that maybe Fox could be offered a deal for the Week 16 Eagles game and it could be moved...its their's at 1pm because Prime had the Thursday night game and each network is guaranteed at least one division game. I have a week 16 evening conflict...hoping there's no chance that we get flexed 2 weeks in a row but the league only has to offer up 6 days notice. Thoughts on an Eagles move from 1pm?

The Atlanta game hasn’t officially been scheduled yet, it says TBD on the schedule, so that is up in the air.

I don’t think the Philly game gets moved off of fox because they’re not going to want to let go of that game. I guess they could move it to 4:25, but I don’t see it getting moved to TNF / MNF

I wonder if there is a record or limit to how many games can be flexed for a single team? We already saw Chicago moved up. Logistically, I wonder how much difficulty that causes. I suppose not that much if it's moved to a different time slot on the same day, but if the game is moved to a different day that could be a mess to figure out.

Even on the same day, the timing for the vendors, employee schedules, and the rest have to be resolved.

Very true. I went to the Chicago game. It was originally supposed to be a 1pm game, but they moved it to 4. Now, you wouldn't think that would be that big a change, but by the time I walked back to the Metro and made my way home it was close to 11. Functionally, that's a big deal. I remember seeing several little ones asleep on the train.

That's cute to think the NFL would care about your inconvenience. The NFL last year average 17.9 million TV viewers per game, versus 70,000 in person attendees. They make their decisions based on where the money is.

Not to mention the fans that may be flying/driving from long distances, it affects flights/drive time/work schedule the following day.
The NFL needs to make a full schedule and stick to it, imo.
I agree. Sadly, the NFL doesn't care..........

Sad, but true......

There are a couple of places that are claiming that Washington will play the Falcons and the cowboys on Saturday nights at 7:00pm.

Most places, though, are saying "To Be Determined".

They have to let ticket holders know 6 days in advance....
