Also, our #2 receiver was a roster cut by the Texans.

Peters has done an incredible job undoing YEARS of damage to this roster. But we are still a team which lacks talent everywhere.

Year 1: Damage control
Year 2: Noticeable improvement, playoffs
Year 3: Rock solid, hopefully deep in the playoffs or even SB

I think if they win this week, which I think they will, they’ll make the playoffs this year. But I don’t think they expected to be in this position.

There was an interesting article about Daniels lack of familiarity with playing cold weather games and how that could be something he needs to overcome. They compared his struggles in a limited sample size of cold game to the Miami Dolphins difficulties in wintry games. I wonder if there is a way to get a player to acclimate. Supposedly, the coldest game he ever played in was 38 and he remembers it bitterly or at least jokes about it.

I'm the inverse, I perform worse when it gets HOT. I'm fine in cold or freezing weather, but crank the temp to 90 and I need a nap.
