The Commanders record on the field wasn't the only thing that made the Snyder regime smell to high heaven.

His behavior towards employees and business partners ultimately helped bring him down.

Richardson was another guy that viewed his position as owner of the team as an opportunity to treat people as he felt inclined to do so.

That poisoning of the well ends up getting around the league and no one wants to coach or play there.

So, ultimately it does affect the football operations.

Legitimate and serious upgrades at three major positions of need with players in their mid-twenties that still have room to get better....all while not spending recklessly. You have to give day 1 of free agency a solid A grade to Peters. I couldn't be happier.
