Random Commanders Thoughts

I remember being so nervous before this run.

Joe Gibbs and Bill Parcells went for it on fourth down but they only did it in truly crucial points of the game when it was on the line.

That's opposed to Dan Campbell whose decisions to go for it on fourth downs twice against the 49ers when it wasn't required cost his team 6 points.

The margin of victory was 3.

it's unacceptable now... but you never saw this type of stuff when he was here... and the national media continues to talk about 'trading away your two best edge rushers'

... and now you have to wonder. When Chase was returning from injury it became a weekly ritual about whether he would actually come back. The answer was no. Was that really because he was still football hurt or was that an early indicator of his lack of drive to get back on the field?

Very cool. As long as he's not including Grant Paulsen and Chris Russell.

Russell? I am surprised he is not still in mourning for Josh Allen and the Bills

Yeah, kudos to Brian Moorman ... because I think a lot of players would've been absolutely irate taking a hit like that in a ****ing Pro Bowl! I guess Sean only had one speed. Ferocious.

As Brian Mitchell said we need more 'dawgs' on this football team.

Sean Taylor and Trent Williams were the two best players brought in during the Snyder era by Gibbs and Shanahan.

The pro bowl was already a joke by that point, but everyone remembers the Taylor hit because he played actual football on that play. That's what fans want to see, real football.

Chase Young, if you want to keep playing football then you may want to read this one.
I have some friends in the San Fran area and are 49ers fans. They all are hearing in local sports media that Chase may be made inactive for the superbowl, And that the team will not bring him back unless its at vet min.

Absolutely makes sense. I would inactivate him. Andy Reid will go after him relentlessly if he plays a lot of snaps.

Chase Young is a clown. Good for SF.

Commanders coaches and executives walked on egg shells around You g when they should have been kicking him in the ass.

But that’s what losing teams do. They are too insecure and lacking in confidence to just come out and say ‘you ain’t getting it done so go sit down.’
