Yep, that's where I am too. General Manager first. Someone with a vision how he/she wants to build a team philosophically, while also taking into account what's here now and how best to transition to a new paradigm on the fly. Included in that, then, a HC willing/able to share that philosophy and get everyone from scouts to capologist to coaches to players buying in.
