The Jekyll and Hyde is typical of a losing organization.
I remember when the Giants were an awful team in the 1970's but would rise up and beat either Dallas or Minnesota when they were 12-2 caliber clubs.
The next week Washington would beat the Giants 21-3.
It's in the nature of losing that a coaching staff and team caught in the 'vortex' can't bottle enough success to turn the page as a group.
We need to get rid of Ron and his front office lackeys and then get a fresh perspective on the roster and who needs to stay and go.
