The Bombshell

This isn't good though, 'fining' Shar by forcing him to take pennies on the dollar.

Can the league force a minority owner to sell like that... ? Is that even a legal thing?

Damn, Dan and the NFL really flexing their might here.

I don't know what the legal precedent is, or if there even is one.... but my long argued theory in this is that the NFL WANTS Snyder to have total ownership because they know he can't afford it.

I think the next thing we start to hear is the sponsors pulling out (Fedex again since one of the minority owners IS the CEO). Snyder will not be able to afford the team after all the lost revenue AND no secondary financial help.. he will be forced to sell.

I'd be good with that.

Getting nasty and there's really no proof, but man... sometimes optics are worse than proof.

I was surprised when CBS brought this up during the game Sunday. To my recollection, it’s the first time it has been mentioned during a game. That tells me either it’s really getting bad, or someone with ties to CBS prodded them to mention it.

I’m ready for the NFL to step in and remove this clown. I’ve been ready for that, but this is going to start reflecting on the league the longer this goes on.

Seems to me like the NFL has Snyder’s back and has no interest in removing him. I wish that weren’t the case but seems to be.

I haven't seen any support from the NFL, to me it looks like Snyder is dangling in the wind.

Most of what I’ve read looks like the NFL is siding against the minority owners but maybe I’m misinformed.

Looks me like the league is saying "I'm Paul (not Tags) and this is between y'all."

Then they'll back whomever is left standing.

At this point it would probably be best if the minority owners take a huge loss for getting the name changed at minimum. Then, after winning control Dan sells to someone else.

Besides tarnishing Dan’s “reputation” it also seems after all the legal troubles it will accelerate his sale of the team due to mounting legal fees etc. Hell I’d think a divorce would probably fit in there somewhere too if his misconduct is proven.

2:30 an attorney will be on 106.7 regarding the Dan Snyder 'scandal'

Your team is my case
