Burner's Burning Questions: Free Agency, Mocks, Camps, OTAs, Roster Predictions, 2020

In the mock today, I had him being traded for a fourth. Close, but not the right call.

I saw that, woulda been nice.

I do have a question about Breeland. Earlier today while waiting for a client, I noticed some Breeland rumors swirling. Any news?

Burgundy Burner on the previous page, you said "Pre-Draft Trade : The Redskins trade Trent Williams for a third round selection. The Redskins trade Quinton Dunbar for a fourth round selection."

Was this a prediction, or an actual report ?
If a prediction, then you were very close, on the 4th round pick, vs a 5th.
And posted very close to the actual day and time of the trade.
I'm questioning whether it's a report, as opposed to a prediction, because I can't find anything on Williams being traded for a 3rd ?

It's a mock draft. Look at when it was posted. ALL of it is predictions. ALL of it.

Sorry I missed it. It's just that your prediction on Dunbar was so close to reality, I couldn't help but to think it was a report.
Not just the pick in return, but it was posted at 4:15pm today, so that prediction was what - about an HOUR before the actual trade ?
I can't help it if you're so awesome at predicting. Congratulations on hitting the mark yet again !

I posted the QD trade from twitter well after the mock. The mock was completed by Saturday morning, but it needed some adjusting after the Kyle Allen trade.

Now if we could just get a 2nd rounder for Trent, we'd have a decent pile of 2020 picks

I think we’ll have to settle for a 3rd after his salary demands, if we’re lucky. Hopefully there’s a team with a promising TE or CB we just trade straight up with.

RB Peyton Barber signed to a 2 year deal with the Redskins. Barber lead the Bucs in rushing just 2 seasons ago.

Have to question Bryce Love's recovery. Guice? We all know from twitter how he's recovering.

I like bringing in RB's but if we're going to do it, I'd like better than McKissic and Barber. I do appreciate not spending much on RB's.

I think Carlos Hyde (your boy) was available this FA. According to Love, he's recovered and believes he'll be ready for OTAs (take that with a grain of salt, but he stated that was the case recently). I'm surprised we signed another RB. Obviously someone is going to be odd man out. I think if Guice gets hurt again, they'll move on from him. Given how incredible Love was at the college level - you have to see what you have there and if he can stay healthy.

Isn't that the name of a serial killer? I'm not familiar with him, but here are some basics:

6' 4" 257 lbs 28 years old
Drafted by Green Bay in the 3rd round of the 2014 draft.
Best season to date was in 2015 with 58 receptions for 500+ yds and 9 TDs.
Career 66.6% reception rate.
Signed by Philadelphia in 2018 and missed most of that season with a slight knee injury.
Missed most of 2019 season with a foot injury.

His Dad, Richard Rodgers Sr. was also a pro football player and has coached with the Carolina Panthers.
