Does anybody think that Deangelo Hall played his last nfl game?

I'd say so..... Love the guy, and when he first joined us, I was skeptical that we were getting "Meangelo" He's been a pleasure to have on the team, short of those fits of anger drawing flags in the past. Truth is, he's too slow at this point, which has been evident in the first two games, and this could be a blessing in disguise. We need youth and speed back there.

Hate to see DHall's career end on an injury, but after 3 major injuries in last 3 or 4 years, I say it's over for him. He contract ends this year.

It was not a perfect game. Four trips in the red zone, four FGs. In the first half the defense got man-handled just like the past two weeks.

I was explaining to my brother, who had to work & also missed the game, that there was only one time where we left points on the field. That was at the end of the 1st Half. Aside from that, it may have only been 3, but we took those 3 & it kept us in the game. I truly believe that the fake punt & the field goal thereafter was the difference in this game.

It was so much fun because, despite seeing our guys clearly scrapping and fighting (their guts out) on every down, it was difficult to sustain hope - knowing how infrequently we've won these types of games over the years, particularly in that stadium. And yet, they did it, despite the injuries and despite adversity. That was a big win to say the least.

I agree. I record every game & go back & watch the ones that were really fun. I still go back & watch the Saints game from last year when we schelacked them with 47 points.

Also, my boss is a Giants fan. So going into work today was extra fun. LOL

John Keim is making note this morning that the team chose Trent Murphy over Kerrigan on several crucial third down plays late in the game on Sunday--and that it worked.

If this guy can stay healthy, and learn the offense quick, he sounds like solid starter material.

Mason Foster deserves some credit for the win.
He was the guy that made the shoestring tackle on Beckham, which prevented him from scoring at the 3.
The Giants ended up with zero points on that drive, because that was the drive that Dunbar INT'd in the end zone.
So Foster's amazing tackle was the difference in the game.

I gotta give Sullivan a ton of credit! That procedure is a simple procedure that gives patients an 85-90% success rate, according to my surgeon. I happened to fall into the 10-15% and if Sullivan is in my camp, I cannot fathom his attempt to play NFL football.

To me having quality depth includes both starters and decent backups, don't know where the new guy will eventually fit in but it appears that he's capable.
I'm guessing that he's passed his physical, Stork didn't, so that's a plus.

Agreed on Crowder. The man is on a serious upward trajectory, and the QB and coaches seems to know it. Defenses are going to have one hell of a time figuring out how to get help on him given the other options we're fielding right now.

For sure. That screen pass to him is something that's been missing from our repertoire since Moss started slowing down.

What is obvious in watching him even for a short time is how instinctual he is on the field. The ball seems to follow him.

Now if we can just get Doctson and his very sensitive Achilles on the turf to make some plays.

The other player I am watching is Kendall Fuller. I really thought the third round would be a great place to pick up a run stuffing DT or OC like Nick Martin.

Instead we took Fuller, who the team felt was first round grade.

After being inactive for the first 2 games, he's going to be up this week and he needs to show that he can beat out the 5'9 and 185 Dashaun Phillips and get into the mix on defense.
