They've got a little bit of rebuilding to do. They have some star players, but their overall talent has diminished under Kelly...not Steve Spurrier bad, but they need a 2-3 year rebuild before getting back to competitive.

Now they're left with a team built on the image of Chip.

Maybe it was Chip the GM that got fired before the end of the season Chip the coach was collateral damage.
