The Jets are coming off a bye and are looking forward to two games.

Us and the Patriots.

Jets fans watched the Redskins/Falcons game wth great interest and again, there are concerns about the Redskins being expressed alongside the confidence a 3-1 record can give you.

A good deal of "Don't cross that bridge until you get to it" is on a lot of Jets fans minds.

First, though, a comment that probably would apply to most fan boards-including this one.

People on here get too high when the Jets win and too low when they lose.

I've seen that sentiment before.

Nice, serv. Always get a kick out of seeing our team through the eyes of another teams' fans ... in this case, they seem to see more progress in our team than many of our own do. ;)

some of those guys sound too close to being "us" when it comes to rating out team and others.

there are some smart Jets fans...that just sounds odd to say. but there are, and I cant blame them for being confident yet nervous.

If you are on a diet trying to lose weight it's other people that are more likely to ask "Have you lost weight?" before you see a noticeable difference when you look at yourself in the mirror.

I don't think it will be an easy one. Skins defense looked good today. One good thing is we know out defense will find a way to shut down the Skins. As long as we score around 20, we should win.

I have to agree with the 20 point part. I don't know that the Skins have enough firepower to beat any team that gets 21 points or over, especially without Reed & DeSean.

Maybe so. But as I mentioned before the Falcons game, we have this tendency to make every team we face some mythical giant. The Falcons weren't a dominant team (we should've beaten them) and neither are the Jets. They lost to the Eagles at home - they are not invincible.

Jets have a nice D, and an O that is dependent on Marshall. This is going be a 16-13 type game, imo. Whoever makes the fewest mistakes will win.

Let's not pretend Fitzpatrick is incapable of making boatloads of mistakes. That's the main reason he's been on 20 teams now. He'll look great for a while and then inexplicably slip into suckitude.

I'm thinking if the Law Office of Baker, Kerrigan, Hatcher and Knighton can get in face, we'll see Bad-Ryan show up.

The Falcons are currently ranked as the 3rd best team in the NFL in the ESPN power rankings.

Crazy right? Looks like outside of NE and GB the league has finally achieved parity.

Or parody.
