I don't know, my two closest friends I hang with are 62 and 66, with me at 54. My group (motorcycle club chapter) is comprised of guys from 45 to 66. It's a common interest that can often bring people together without age playing into it... just like this forum. Yes, the motorcycle sub culture is very diverse, and that's what makes it so good.

My personal opinion - it's not very professional to 'hang out' with your employees. It doesn't matter who they are. But Mike's right that this could be a charity or 'team building' event, and that might be viewed a little differently. I suspect that despite all the wealth, Snyder is probably a pretty lonely, isolated man and this kind of thing probably constitutes about as close as he can get to being a 'normal' guy.

I'm not inclined to see this as something ominous. Embarassing maybe, but not ominous.

It was a charity event held last year. I don't care who two people are, to me, if you're at a charity event you play and try to get as much raised as possible.

Also, Griffin is there with his wife. It's not like he was out with the boss kissing up.

Thing is, it's like the RG3 discussion earlier -it's the existing perception that Snyder has coddled, provided special treatment to, and interfered with decisions about Griffin that changes the context any time something like this comes up. And Snyder probably earned at least some of that perception - just my sense.

Anyway, this stuff is probably not worth posting, but to each his own.

I get it...but when you see "charity event" I would hope that even the coldest of hearts would warm up. I mean, I see Vladimir Putin at a children's hospital and I think it's a good thing.

They're saying he's "cleared". But I believe that's only in reference to the concussion protocol, and not the shoulder injury.

Don't mean to be a downer, but it really doesn't look good.
Our 1st string against their 1st string (any other string vs any other string is basically irrelevant), for 2 weeks in a row (both offense and defense) has looked bad.
The only solace we can take is the starters that have been held out (DJax, TWilliams, Kerrigan, Galette, Crowder), that should play in the opener.

Nah it's all good Fear, I trust your guys judgement. This is the time to work out the kinks & atleast I hope the coaches are seeing what they have w/ basically 1 on 1 match ups & such. It's the only thing I can stomach knowing Robert was hit on 6 of his 8 dropbacks.
