If he's truly the 'steal of the draft" as this guy suggests (actually the steal of the un-drafted), and then he goes to the Practice Squad as I've heard suggested here, then my biggest concern is that he gets snatched by another team.

I don't think he's reputable, because he states basically that RG3 is guaranteed to keep his #1 job, solely because he's a better runner. That's ridiculous.
Plus he thought Halliday was actually drafted.
In addition, he repeatedly kept referring to "Curt" Cousins. or at least it totally sounded like it.

There are other businesses than the NFL that drug test employees for marijuana use as it can impact performance/safety on the job.

Cigarettes are also legal, but you won't find anyone smoking in an office anymore by rule. Ditto for booze.

So, businesses regularly ban employees from using legal substances at work or be under the influence of them.

in the big picture: you're totally right.

in the smaller picture: and this one business apparently has no issue with concussion driven suicides or early deaths...versus all the known bad effects from pot!

in truth...Ax saw what I was really attacking.

in addition, the NFL, IMO, is just another hypocritical organization serving its own interests.
