It's a bad thing to say but.....if she looked like Bea Arthur,would you guys still be defending her?

I understand your response - but that's an emotional reaction to her being an ass. It's human nature to want to see someone 'get what's coming to them' and she was certainly an ass there. But that doesn't change the fact that she was on her own time and ESPN really has no right to sanction someone because they did something embarrassing in their private life.


I mean, truth be told, in this country, the woman behind the counter could have pressed charges on her for verbal assault & harassment. Then where would ESPN be on the issue?
