2014 BGO Tailgate Information Thread

I can't speak for open seats, if anyone planning on coming has an open seat, it would be cool if they posted it here.
 
I posted this on the FB page also:

A group of us will be staying at the Radisson in Largo, so there will be a pretailgate get together Saturday evening at the bar there. I think we will be meeting at the bar around 6 pm ish.

Also Sunday morning a group of us plans on heading over to Arena Dr around 7 am. Another group will head over around 8:30. Look for a Redskins and BGO flag to find us as we tailgate on Arena Dr.

One last thing, if anybody needs a ride to the stadium from the Radisson or has extra space post it here so we can make sure everyone get there!

I feared I was going to miss BGOgate this year, Fortunately, kinda last minute, everything fell into place.

Jennie and I will be attending, and will meet y'all at the hotel, probably between 6:30 and 7:00 Saturday evening. I'll bring some easy-drinking beer. I'm getting old and can't drink the good stuff all day anymore. :)

We'll also bring some kind of munchie food. I'm thinking a big ol' crockpot of fresh queso or something like that. I also have a good salsa recipe. May make both. I'll update for sure a little later in the week. I'd make mom's crab dip, but I worry about it "keeping" as long as it would be in the car. Seafood makes me nervous when it's gonna be sitting for a while.

I cannot wait to see all of you again. This'll probably be my only game this year, and there ain't a group I'd rather spend it with. HTTR. HTBGO.
 
Will be bringing a Coleman Roadtrip grill and all are welcome to use it. Also bringing 4 cases of homebrew, as well as several kinds of homemade mead. Not sure what's on the menu yet, am still thinking on that... Derek(s), El, ST, if you guys can hold a parking spot for Mark and i again, we would really appreciate it!
 
Is anyone planning or available to bring cutlery, plates, paper towels, trash bags and any other fine china needed for such tailgate festivities?

Yeah, we'll hold a spot for you, as well as TomSkinsFan who's bringing his speakers and soundboard to provide audio entertainment.
 
I'll have some heavy duty paper plates, plastic utensils, napkins etc...

I'm definitely needing a ride. I'd opt for the later leaving group only because plans have changed a little and I won't be getting into town until late Saturday.

Also.. I was going to bring something for dessert... I may not have time to get to the store, etc... but I would be willing to chip in some $$$ towards food, etc.?

I hate overtime, the fact my car won't go over 40 which means I rent a car every time I come down... ::sigh::. But I love this group can can't wait to meet you guys in person.. and will be in chat later.. well not so long now.

We hit the alum game last year too... might have to switch to my Darrell Green jersey
 
For those who have tickets.. I believe the player on it is Sonny Jurgensen. If that's the case, it's a dead giveaway that that is the alumni game as all the other tickets have current players.

I will probably bring a 6-pack of Mike's Hard Lemonade. Still working on the finances and time (between work, my sister having surgery this week and renting a car/gas for that car, etc.) with regards to some sortof dessert.

I will assume that my coming to the Radisson for the second "departure" (why does that sound like Amazing Race?) ;) is okay... If someone going in that second departure wants my cell number, PM me.

Looking forward to this!

Sandy... is it possible for you to get to the early run? Just curious. I know we have more vehicles in the first wave then the second. I'm just asking

Yes, we will just need to put a little 'parking pass' in your car that you'll need to return to the hotel front desk when you get back to your car.

Okie dokey... not sure what I'm looking forward to most.. meeting you peoples face-to-face or the game itself. Of course you guys may meet me and decide you don't want me in chat anymore and ban me ::grin::
