Something that may have helped keep Ihenacho on Gruden's radar from a Denver Post article about Broncos roster cuts;

"According to NFL sources, Ihenacho was waived Saturday, beaten out at strong safety by the free-agent signing of T.J. Ward and return from injury of Quinton Carter. Ihenacho is also a strong special teams performer, but backup safety David Bruton already has that covered."

All of the players cut by the #Redskins yesterday who were subject to the waiver process cleared today. All became free agents.

I really like what I saw from Seastrunk, I was shocked he didn't make the cut...but maybe it was a chemistry thing in the locker room. All speculation on my part but maybe the harmony was better with Sledd?

It appears this NFL writer hit it on the head when he wrote this during the draft:

Lache Seastrunk is the most smoke-and-mirrors RB I've seen I think. Can't catch or block and has bad vision. Trifecta of fatal issues.
