DRAFT DAY (3)

UVA faculty friend of mine and rabid wahoo fan says Moses is guy that in his last year developed a nasty streak and really started to live up to his physical potential. Sounds a bit like Murphy in terms of attitude.

Perhaps that is the attribute the front office is looking to bring to DC with this draft class.

Admittedly, we could use some guys on this team that want to compete for 60 minutes. That was a problem in 2013.

Marcus Martin, C, USC was projected a month ago as being a first round pick in the 20's. At 6'3 and 320 he is still on the board in Round 3.

We could use him here.

Gotta give props to the CURRENT staff. My goodness was that waaaaaay ****ing overdue. Unless there's a phenomenal C there I would like to see the front line get younger and nastier, particularly NT.

This draft is crazy. There are guys going now in the 70's that would have been late first rounders two years ago.

I wonder if we could work a deal to get another #3 pick and perhaps a #5 for next year's #2?

Are you trying to make BGO implode?

Jeebus isn't it nice to finally see our last draft without our 1st rdr finally go.

Try to do some reading.

Don't get smart...you've made some outlandish claims tonight and the reading I have done, is exactly opposite of what you're saying.

So I ask again...where are you getting these ideas?

I'm wondering if a Cousins trade is still a possibility? Texans have NO one as QB, haven't picked one yet. Good draft to get extra picks in.

Walter Football:

Morgan Moses--A

Morgan Moses has his flaws, but he could have easily been chosen as high as No. 28 to Carolina (or No. 19 to Miami because the Dolphins like to reach). I actually had Moses going to the Redskins - in the second round. Washington had to find an upgrade at right tackle, as the offensive linemen will have to be more talented with Mike Shanahan gone.

Boys at espn 980 are talking to Murphy, the guy sounds sharp as hell, not afraid to talk, answers questions and makes sense doing it.
Comments by Doc and Cooley about how he has a multitude of moves, he responds saying that games don't always go according to plan and needed to adapt on the fly.

Colt McCoy had a combined total of 92 yards passing in the last two seasons.

I love the thought, but I'm not sure we can do that.
