In most cases, no. But this series is very detailed, I found myself become embroiled in much of the extra curricular stuff outside of the actual episodes. This series got me hooked and I know they will show some stuff that I should be able to foretell the outcome...at least in some cases. Overall, there are too many moving parts in this series for a 15 minute preview to ruin it for me. At least I hope so.

Other series in the past that I have liked would easily be ruined because the plot is so shallow. With GoT, it seems like after 3 seasons, you are just getting ready for the real fight. Much like the intro to True Detectives.
 
Don't know if it's been mentioned, and I'm too lazy to look, but if you like comedies and you aren't watching Two Broke Girls, you don't know what you're missing.
 
I don't like Caroline, but Oleg, Earl and Deke are hilarious. Max is funny as hell, but a lot of the jokes you can see coming a mile away.
 
Just watched GoT Foreshadowing...the 15 minute preview of the season to come. Awesome! Cannot wait til 04/06!!!

And t-, it introduced a lot, but didn't really give anything away.

It's one of those shows that would really suck and not make as much sense without seeing it from the beginning. It's one of very few comedies I've ever seen with a continuing storyline.

Comedies as a whole these days are nothing like what I grew up with. I always watched Sanford & Son, Married With Children, and Roseanne as a kid and they were hilarious every week. Now it seems like the shows try to please a completely different demographic, and I just don't get what they're going for. Most comedies these days just aren't funny like they were years ago.

Then again, it's all taste I suppose. I know people who thought Married With Children wasn't funny, who loved Friends (which I think is one of the most unfunny sitcoms ever). Even now, I think Big Bang Theory and Raising Hope are hilarious, and half the people I know think both suck. I think Raising Hope is one of the most underrated comedies of at least the last decade. I love Last Man Standing too, even though I typically hate shows on ABC because they're boring as all hell, but I completely get why a Liberal would hate it, because he cracks on them constantly.

I'm really weird about that stuff. I don't even like being told "so and so will have a much bigger role." Haven't decided if I'll watch it.

I probably will ;)
 
Just an observation, but maybe a thread for individual shows (including spoilers) similar to the SOA thread would be more appropriate than a general spoilers thread. Who knows what spoilers you'll find in there?

There's a spoiler tag you can use to easily hide what you want to talk about. You can easily say what the spoiler is about before so people aren't blind to it.

When viewing the tag seems to work fine on tapatalk.

In terms of making it, I don't see a button for it. You'd have to type the tags. spoiler and /spoiler, with brackets around them

It was good. Won't get into the particulars...obviously, but the series opens up some more. No more character intros, we are getting to the meat and potatoes.

Also, I have been thinking...is this a 1 season series? Are Harrelson and McConaughnegy going to be there after this first season? I just don't see how this series can go past 1 season with those 2. On a side note...I think these 2 are developing a good on-screen rapport.

This is a 1 season/ 8 episode venture for Harrelson & McConaughey. The show-runner has been given a second season by HBO and will use the anthology approach with a new story and new cast.
 
Sort of,The Wire did have continuing characters. I'm getting the feeling that season two will be a different story in a different location with two different detectives in the lead roles.

The Wire had the same, core cast through all five seasons.
