RGIII.

Step one in a what will be HUGE career.

WoooHoo!!! The ONLY thing that will keep this kid from being and all time great Hall of Famer would be his health. I hope and pray his knee is better than ever.

Awesome!!!

So happy for him and the Redskins organization. And this story is just the beginning.

Also...

Wilson in third. ROFLMBO!!!

There was no other choice. RG3 outperformed every rookie in the NFL this year. That's a fact.

I honestly think Morris should have been AT WORST third though. #2 rusher in the league, and more TDs than Adrian Peterson....on fewer carries.

Still, I'm absolutely ecstatic for The Captain. As Utah said, step one.

Respect to the other guys too. Luck and Wilson each would have won it (IMO) if these three guys had come in in different seasons. Too early to start talking about rivaling the QB class of '83? Yeah....but not by much.

RG3 was just on NFL Network talking to Rich Eisen. He was standing tall, looking good. He's targeting week one.

He's off making Super Bowl party preparations. His Ravens are playing tomorrow. He doesn't have time for his second-favorite team right now.

:)

Congratulations to Robert and the entire Redskins organization for an outstanding year.

I'm curious to know if this vote would have looked different had the Redskins not won the division in Week 17...?

I'm happier about this than I thought I'd be. Go figure. :)

Sooooooooooo awesome. The fact he won it by a mile makes it even better. Let the haters hate :D

I don't think playing second fiddle sits very well with Andrew Luck.

He looked pissed.

Maybe I am being a homer but......the only thing that pops in my mind is that the vote wouldn't of been close had he not be injured.

I have already watched the season again....its what us coaches do in the off season...he just gets your heart going when the ball is in his hands.

Very excited for the future.

Even if you don't look at the film, he won the award on the numbers. Yeah, Luck had more yards, but he threw it twice as many times too. Griffin threw only a handful of INTs, racked up not just impressive numbers through the air, but on the ground. And his explosiveness helped his team to their first NFC East championship in forever.

I don't think it was really ever in question.

I can understand why. Luck was the chosen one at the beginning of his final season at Stanford. He was going to be the Heisman winner. All of a sudden, this sensation from Baylor stole his thunder and it continues to this very day.

But Robert works so hard at his profession and wants more than anything to be the best. He wants it all and puts in complete and total effort on every play - whether it be in practice or in any game.
