3rd Annual BGO Fantasy Football League

Home? I thought he lived in the trainer's room?

Anybody got an extra RB and needs a WR? Take a look at my roster and propose something.

How long does it take for a trade to be approved, and executed in our league?

A week?

Should be quicker now that the o's and nats are done.

Trades can go through almost instantly. I just have to approve it, which I usually will unless its obviously one-sided.

Not trying to instigate here - but why would YOU not approve any trade that the two parties are agreeable to?

Pretty much this only happens in the rare case of a fire-sale type situation, where its not fair to the rest of the league.

Ahh...gotcha.

My fantasy season in a nutshell (in another league): I lost on Decker's turf-monster incident, which would have been a 13-point play in our scoring system. I lost by 12 and some change. Sigh.

Also lost on that play in this league, apparently. Oy vey!

I still have yet to figure out when I should play which one of my defenses. There have been multiple times this year that playing the other one gets me 15+ more points. craziness.

Cry me a river. Anybody else have to face a QB that threw 6 ****ING TOUCHDOWNS?

Haha, I concede, you had the worse bad-beat Ax. A 45-point lead going into SNF had to be pretty comforting...

Anybody ever read these recaps? Pretty funny.

I Like Bob (dead$) Smooth Moves

Shonn Greene had the best RB score of the week and the second-highest RB score in the league this season with 35.10 points.
I Like Bob (dead$) was still able to pull out a win with only 2 of their 9 starters exceeding their projected points.
Ray Rice had 22.70 points, the second-highest score among RBs in the league this week.
With 13.60 points, Adrian Peterson ranked seventh in scoring among all RBs in the league this week.
I Like Bob (dead$) won even though both of their WRs scored below their projected points.

Yeah, I saw the damage Shonn Greene threw on there and pretty much gave it up as a loss right then.

decker is a jackass
not only did he **** me in one my league by dropping that pass and missing out on points for him... but i had manning in another league so I missed out on points for him and a few players later manning threw an INT that cost me.

i was studying for an exam when i looked up to see the throw... then i saw the fall... the inexcusable fall. i lost my **** in the living room. wife woke up... it was a scene.

Oh the stress of it. Usually whoever I play has a bad day but lately I've been winning. Eli or Romo.... who to start? The stress is killing me. :)

Fantasy lesson of the weekend:

Santana Moss > Calvin Johnson because Robert Griffin III > Matthew Stafford and not because Santana Moss is actually > Calvin Johnson. Here endith the lesson.

I may have squeaked a win out by .04. That beats my previous squeaker of .32. So sad. But hey, I got there.
