    I've only looked at Edge, RB, WR and the DT group and keep waffling on whether or not to keep going but that's the vibe I am getting as well, this is not an elite class but likely good overall. I think the age of our roster may necessitate at least one trade down though.

    Matayo Uiagalelei is returning to Oregon but IMO he would have been a 1st rounder and I think Cashius Howell will be too. Howell Bailey Bain It's close for me and very hard to separate them.

    There's quite a few I like in that range too some are in the 4th and 5th area but will likely rise after all the Shrine & Senior Bowl Games and combine but definitely like Jacas as well. R Mason Thomas Zion Young Malachi Lawrence Derrick Moore Caden Curry is a riser for me

    Agreed and in my line of thinking, Love and Alec Pierce would transform this offense enormously.

    Tua's struggles didn't help either but I have to agree. David obviously knows JD better than most and it's reasonable to expect he should have a major voice in how they proceed draft and FA wise so that aspect leaves me feeling optimistic. We'll see.

    My gut tells me Matayo Uiagalelei Oregon is the best fit - safest play. That said, I'd be with fine with Bailey and I'm good enough with Bain's overall play too.

    Very true. I've not looked at OL yet but supposedly the IOL group is strong. I just think a player like Love makes Ward's life a lot easier and ditto that rationale for JD for myself.

    Unfortunately (for us but good for him), his value has skyrocketed this year thanks to much improved QB play.

    Back up the Brink's truck for Colts WR Alec Pierce. He's IMHO precisely the type of WR JD needs and would thrive in our offense.
