    Yes that’s obvious. But seriously, I wasn’t aware that the clock stopped while the ball was being spotted. If you have it on DVR go back and watch. there’s at least four seconds while the ball is being spotted where they don’t run the clock and they spike it with three seconds.

    I’m a little late to the conversation, but why is it that the clock was stopped on that last play in regulation for about four seconds? Do they stop the clock when the referee is spotting the ball? After the completion, they stopped it with nine seconds left after and paused it for 3 to 4...
