    Im going to end the evening with a positive post: we finally got a franchise QB. Protect him at all costs, even punting this season if necessary. We may need to more drafts and younger free agents to get it right, but it will come because we have 5.

    I feel the offense is doing whatever it can with a makeshift wr corps. The defense is getting worse, if that was even possible. Hold people accountable: fire Whitt, bench Lattimore. JD5 cannot do everything for this team.

    The whole team is off, including JD5. Injuries to key players like Sam Cosmi, Austin Ekeler, Terry Mclaurin robbed this team not only of talent but leadership as well. Commanders are not talented enough to overcome these injuries unless Jayden plays hero ball like last year.

    This game was great because: 1) JD5 got his mojo back. 2) Bill's breakout game. 3) D playing with a lot of energy. Bend but not break. Holding the Chargers to 10 points and Herbert without any big completions is a 10 in my book.

    It's early in the game and in the season, but sometimes it's just not your year, so let's not get to upset, yours truly. Look at the Ravens, starting at 1-4. I'll be focusing on individual players like Bill, Luke, etc... One more thing, it just seems this team needed to take pre-season games...
