2024 Tight End Room. Zach Ertz, John Bates, Ben Sinnott, Colson Yankoff. 2025?

I get the idea that Ertz was hot and we were on a roll. But I still find it hard to believe that Sinnott wouldn't somehow be involved in the game plan if he was truly playing well and they were high on him. You can do a ton with 2 TE sets and two legit receiving weapons there.

2024 Tight End Room. Zach Ertz, John Bates, Ben Sinnott, Colson Yankoff. 2025?

I'm still curious what happened with Sinnott. I know TEs can take a little longer to develop sometimes, but he had so little production this year that it's quite disappointing, especially considering how high AP seemed to be on him. Was he just that overshadowed by Ertz? Possibly, but I find it...

    The Jayden Daniels Tracker

When I've been curious and looked at the Bears forums a couple of times over the past season, most of them were basically blaming everything and everyone but Caleb. The coaches, the OL, the receivers, the ownership. Every once in a while you'd have a rogue fan come in and say "Guys, I realize...

Josh Harris Speaks... Commanders is permanent name.

I really hope there are other fans of The Expanse in here who also read this and heard Drummer in their head saying "WE. ARE. BELTERS!"

"Dan Dan Dan Dan Dan Dan" "Hey, stop claiming I think about Dan so much!" :ROFLMAO:

Just because you allow Dan Snyder to live rent free in your head doesn't mean everyone does.

Josh Harris Speaks... Commanders is permanent name.

Right. That irks me a bit too. And there's nothing at all wrong with someone feeling upset about it; they can feel however they want, and it's valid. But don't presume to speak for all other fans or assume that's a majority held opinion.

Josh Harris Speaks... Commanders is permanent name.

I wasn't saying you specifically said that about pissing the fans off; I mentioned in my post that some people in the thread in general had expressed those sort of sentiments. As far as this huge generational effect, I think you're confusing your personal feelings and beliefs on the matter with...

Josh Harris Speaks... Commanders is permanent name.

I think there are a lot of huge assumptions here and in this thread in general. People talking about how he has pissed off the entire fan base with this decision (how do you know that? just because a handful of fans on a message board think so doesn't make it a realistic sample size) or is...

Josh Harris Speaks... Commanders is permanent name.

I'm trying to be outraged about this, but I really just don't care that much. We have a franchise QB and a team that just went from 4-13 to 12-5 and got to the NFC championship game. That's what I care about.

Who deserves more credit: Adams or Quinn?

I voted AP, but it's super close. Probably 51-49 in favor of him over DQ. Quinn did an excellent job of motivating and helping build the culture, but IMO Peters was the original architect of it. Though as Boone mentioned, the sample size is still very small thus far, so we'll have to see what...

A Question for the New(ish) Members

I googled "Where can I get into time consuming but ultimately fruitless internet arguments about Washington quarterbacks?" and it sent me here. Nah, it was Reddit.

Tell the Truth Monday- 2024 End of Season Edition

Hell, just allow a Tackle to pick up a RB, surround him with the other OL guys so nobody can get through, and then jog him into the end zone.

Tell the Truth Monday- 2024 End of Season Edition

Yeah, to me Hurts is a good but not great or elite QB. He's a top 15 / borderline top 10 guy who can do plenty when he has lots of talent around him, but he's not a QB who will elevate everyone else and put a team on his back. JD seems to be that kind of QB.

Yeah that left a weird taste in my mouth too. I was like "um...y tho? we're getting our asses handed to us" But I agree with burgold and give him the benefit of the doubt.

Official Game Thread - NFC CHAMPIONSHIP - Commanders @ Eagles

I think WR is also extremely important. Our WRs outside of Terry are all complete JAGs who were probably made to look serviceable by JD. We're in serious need of an upgrade there.

Official Game Thread - NFC CHAMPIONSHIP - Commanders @ Eagles

lol I can't believe we're talking about the refs. We sucked as a team. We lost because we were the inferior team, not because of the refs. Every game has bad calls. You negate those by not playing awful like we did.

Official Game Thread - NFC CHAMPIONSHIP - Commanders @ Eagles

That was an embarrassing game. We came out flat on defense, flat on offense, turned the ball over 3 times. There are only so many times that we can count on luck or JD heroics to overcome the lack of talent. Eventually it caught up to us. Either way, we've been playing with house money for a...

    Dan Snyder - Fugitive?

Yeah most people would at least entertain venturing down that path, but Dan Snyder is a dye-in-the-wool narcissist. Those kind of people have no capacity for introspection, or self-reflection, or dignity, or class, etc. That's why it was absolutely no surprise to me when I read in that article...
