I see the point your are attempting to make here, but what makes me laugh is the hidden insinuation that it would be worth not spending time with those close to us, if the team was good.
I didn’t mention it because it’s in the vein of the FB gossip stuff. But earlier this week saw something on Instagram, where some troll told Sainristil he stunk this season. Someone in response says it’s not Mikey, it’s the awful scheme and Sainristil liked it.
It didn’t appear to be AI...
I kind of hope these disasters keep repeating themselves to the extent Quinn’s goodwill runs out and they move on in the offseason.
I understand he’s a competitor, players love him, last season all that jazz. I’m sure he’s a great dude to have a beer with. But I know in my soul that the coach...
No doubt this defense is talent deficient. But when your unit is this bad all of the time, and can never dial anything up to stifle a team even temporarily, you gotta go.
For clarity’s sake, I meant this might be the worst defensive performance over the course of a season that I can remember. Even Haslett would sell out every 3 games or so, get crazy aggressive and pull the rabbit out of the hat. Whitt literally cannot get a stop.
This is perception that isn’t based in reality. There is nothing factual that suggests he thinks he arrived, lost focus, or thought this league was a cakewalk.
By all accounts, Jayden is still the first guy in and last guy out. He could have been on every single commercial you see on Sundays...
I am one of those disappointed in our local media who had to see the signs, and chose to gloss over them. When things are this bad, they don’t just start being this bad when the real bullets fly. Not that it would have made this any better to have known it could be this bad, but I’m annoyed...
I think it’s rather simple. If Jayden is healthy as are Terry, Noah, Deebo, etc., he should play. If it’s near the end of the season and these receivers can’t go, there’s no point in getting those reps.
This is what I was getting at where folks felt obliged to defend Warner’s honor. Not that Warner’s opinion has no validity, but from what I recall - he’s historically been of the thought process that everyone should play QB like he did. Not in a pompous way, but seems hard for him to grasp...
I actually look at it more positively than that on the injury front. If you look at the hits he’s taken, most guys would be out forever. Obviously there’s a shelf life on this, and can’t afford to continue this path every season. Which is why it’s imperative to put the pieces around him to...
Clearly, you don’t want to defend Jayden. You’ve been crusading for a while now doing just the opposite with a sprinkle of ‘hope’. 🤣
You think he made that video just for fun?
Monday, nobody was talking about Kurt Warner. Yesterday and today a lot folks are talking about him. That’s...
Should Jayden critique Warner on his inability to scramble and create? He would have been unstoppable if he could move.
Obviously, I’m being facetious. But the point you seem to be missing is that Kurt was a totally different QB, with a history of criticizing mobile QB’s who ‘create’ too much...
Look, I would never say he’s unfit to provide analysis on the QB position. But I do think he knew exactly what he was doing with that take, which will heavily increase his profile. Not that there was no truth to what he was saying, but it sure felt like he started with a position and looked to...
