    Dopey May Strike Again?

I want Williams and Davis to come back, have all pro seasons for years to come. Having said that how ****ing stupid are they?? In the military one (1) failed test = dishonorable discharge (reason being in part because they can't follow orders/be trusted in the military's eyes). These guys...

    Twitter: Hightower - "I'm baaaaaaaack"

Wonderful news, his addition gives us solid depth in the RB corps.

    Dopey May Strike Again?

I agree with most of your comments (don't want to see him cut), but it was not just one dumb mistake, it was the same dumb mistake multiple times in the same year, which he and Williams knew they would get extra attention on. How ****ing stupid are they to do so in light of this???? I equate...

Salary Cap Hearing Set For May

Hopefully our team prevails and gets back all the salary cap for next year, and perhaps some extra compensation as well. What I would find most interesting is if the lawyer team attacks the union first in this dispute. Ask the union what is their grievance (hence their agreed to punishment)...

Donovan McNabb Running his Bitter Betty Mouth Again

McNabb's true colors are coming out in full force. I used to like him as a person/player when with the Eagles and doing Chunky commercials with his mom. With hindsight being 20/20 both TO and Limbaugh (overrated QB comment) had it spot on. He comes off as a selfish me first guy. We hear...

    Rounds 4-7

I do not like -- I LOVE this year's and last year's draft!!! Last year we beefed up the D, this year we beefed up the O. Amazing to me all the criticism in the media on picking a QB in the 4th that is highly rated by the FO. Is it not possible that our franchise QB misses a game or two or...

ESPN "Expert" Predictions (bump from 2010)

Boone, I think you and I are in full agreement on this issue. I am not betting my house but have optimism that we (hopefully) no longer have a turnover machine as our starting QB. And this will help to the tune of at least 3 (more) wins...

ESPN "Expert" Predictions (bump from 2010)

Right but, 2 of those 5 wins came against the SB champs and neither game was even close. I think the division is up for grabs, but having said that I think our team is 8-8 next year. If they do better I will be happy but not surprised. Should they do worse, I prefer not to think about that.

After QB - Where Do We Draft?

With all the needs the team has I hope they pick BPA. Having said that I hope the BPA at the point they pick is an OLman.

Salary Cap Hearing Set For May

Interesting, the penalty is imposed by one division rival and held in court by another. Smells really bad to me, hope Danny and his fiend from Texas get ready for the appeal.

Salary Cap Hearing Set For May

If this is dismissed or Burbank rules in favor of Mara and Co. I see Burbank as nothing more then a paid puppet of the NFL. Having said that I wonder what Goodell will do for payback for embarrassing him and his lackey (or other way around) Mara.

Who is our LT in 2012 - anyone else concerned?

Williams is an OK player to me but certainly not worth the pick we payed for him in hindsight. To me he is either a ****ing idiot or a habitual dope user that can't give up his addition or both. If not he would not have failed 3 (THREE) drug tests in the same year. We know we need a RT who...

BREAKING NEWS: Redskins to lose $36 Million in Cap Space

Yeah but we need help in the secondary now. Releasing DH doesn't help unless we are doing an Indy move and going all in on a long term re-building project (which I am OK with BTW). I don't see how VJax fits in unless the FO thinks we are only a year or 2 away from competing for the SB or he...

BREAKING NEWS: Redskins to lose $36 Million in Cap Space

As I understood it at the time much of his salary for the out years was guaranteed, his guaranteed salary was turned into an upfront roster bonus during the uncapped year. The FO changed the fat bastard's salary to a roster bonus to pay him his guaranteed money before the season started during...

BREAKING NEWS: Redskins to lose $36 Million in Cap Space

I have not been this mad ever IRT football. How the **** do you punish a team years later for playing within the rules at the time?????? **** YOU Goodell and the POS short sighted players union that signed off on this!!!!!!!!!! Let's see how that works out for and the stupid ass player's...

Can RG3 Be The Exception? Why Don't Big 12 QBs Succeed In The NFL?

Perhaps a stretch or a great omen??? TCU is going to the big 12 and the only franchise/HOF QB our team ever had besides Sonny was from there. Some Texas native named Sammy Baugh attended. I think he worked out OK but admit it was (even) before my time. Time for history to repeat itself for...

    Redskins Get #2 Pick!

I did not want us to go all in on RG3 before this happened. Now that we have, I am supporting the move and looking forward to the season that we MAY potentially have a good if not great QB under center and with the big upside that he is only 22 years old! IF he is the real deal, the trade is...

RG3 and Manning: Anything is Possible?

Boone, I respect your opinion, but I believe there are future HOF QB's that will be drafted outside of a top 10 pick in the future. Besides my admitted "cherry picked" later picks that I mentioned for elite QB's there are several very recent early draft pick QB's that I could cherry pick as...

RG3 and Manning: Anything is Possible?

Skinsfan, you make the counter argument to my position well, I know we need a QB at some point and cannot push this year after year (as we seem to do - minus the reaching for JC) indefinitely. I was in the minority on the other site who hated the McNabb move (trading away picks) for what I...

    This doesn't make sense...

On the surface this doesn't make sense to me either, however it seems to me this is so the players actually get a true 3-4 month off-season. The OTA's are technically voluntary but we all know they are not if a player want's to stay out of the coach's doghouse. These rules seem to me to allow...
