No on Diggs for any reason. Violent behavior aside, he's on the downside of his career and is a locker room cancer. I couldn't think of the type of player I'd like less than that.
While we're doing some upgrades...any way we can improve the game day chatroom experience? It's borderline impossible to react/reply to comments there because that context menu is on the far right of the screen and there's no visual indicator of what comment you're currently highlighting.
I...
The Aiyuk thing just feels punitive at this point. Absolutely nobody is going to take on that contract knowing full well he won't play another down for SF.
Only thing I'd offer SF is a conditional 8th rounder.
I have a hard time believing Peters just let Biadasz go for nothing if there really was a valid trade market for him. Is it the consensus here on the board that Peters is that incompetent? Do we have one of the worst GMs in the league?
I'm not really a Love truther, but are the Titans going to draft Love and pair him with a terrible offensive line? That strategy worked out real well for Jeanty last year.
I have a hard time thinking they go with a running back at 4 when they need to protect their QB and give him someone/anyone...
I really hope we have a better plan at WR heading into the draft.
Rolling Terry out with a bunch of JAGs and journeymen has continually produced mediocre results, so surely that can't (again) be the way they're heading.
I'm sure they are just trying to wait it out and find a trade partner, but I can't imagine absolutely anybody trading for that contract given his situation in SF. It's a pipe dream.
I've got a better shot at landing a date with Adria Arjona than they do of trading that contract.
Crosby's situation doesn't affect Linderbaum. Raiders have plenty of cap space, even with losing the $30M they gained by trading Crosby. I guess they can technically back out of the Linderbaum deal, but I kind of doubt that happens.
The Raiders are doubly screwed. They got a massive draft haul from the Ravens that has now been voided, and now Crosby's trade value will have taken a nosedive since he failed his physical.
I'd say it's been a rough day to be a Raiders fan, but that's just their normal life.
Maye was ass in the playoffs. When the Pats finally played somebody other than the Jets and Dolphins, he was nowhere near as effective. That defense carried the team completely.
Playing Jarrett Stidham in the snow to get to the SB was a nice, easy cherry on top.
You're going to take one heavily used, enigmatic Aiyuk, and you'll like it.
...assuming he's even released. He's still on their team. Are they holding him hostage?
Didn't Biadasz tear his ACL at the end of the year? Might be a confluence of his health, new offensive system, etc., that led to his release. He may not even be available much next season.
