    The way teams have been reaching on some of these guys somebody really good might make it to the later stages of the second. If Martin or Sulatolu are somehow there at say the 20th pick of the second round I'd pull the trigger in a heartbeat.

    Why? I don't think Ryman's idea about this is based on the idea of an inherent genetic disadvantage. Instead I think his ideas about Black QBs, gingers and lefties are based on a flawed "Well, it's never happened before" logic that nonetheless discounts a number of cases to the contrary...
