TRADED: Brian Robinson to 49ers for 2026 6th

All things pointed to a release pending. Front office managed to get a 6th. Seems like they saved 1.75mill in cap as well. New RB was acquired with a 7th. Even if he only matches last year's RB output, this is a win. I think a 6th is solid. Nice to get something for a player. Not...

4yr 17 per is 68million in new dollars. 79 million guaranteed.... Wasting time posting fake tweets and can't even bother with math. Bonus douche points 👏

So looking at that list, Goldman likely gets a lower score based on snap % and/or had some unlikely to get contract modifiers. Or otc doesn't know the details and still might change things... idk.

Riley Dixon is currently the last CFA (with a 3mill contract). If one of Goldman, Wise, Martin, Herbig are over 3 mill, I think the 6th will be canceled. (Depending on other signings across the league).

I see some articles saying 2 years and 1 that he plans to play guard. I have a feeling he was looking for a monster deal and settled for like 2/20-24ish to get some guaranteed dollars and further establish himself as an interior guy outside of Philly.

**Note, snip is from 2026. The effective cap is considering 2 things: 1). The Seahawks have about 23mill difference between Cap and Effective. They also have only 25 players signed. The will need at least 28 bodies to complete a 53 man roster, so it's accounting with minimum salaries to...

Either the agent did a good job of suggesting other interest or they knew other teams that had interest. Without that, I can see why there are several articles/ comments about over pay. It seems like 10ish APY makes a bit more sense.

With little news/rumors on Becton, I have a feeling his asking price is above what teams are willing to pay. Similar to how it seems to be going with Fowler.

Search for "Rule of 51" to get more. You can be over for a period, but there is a date when you need to be under and its a hard cap. ‐-------- So, if rosters expand from 53 to 90 during the off-season, how can a team possibly stay in compliance with the salary cap? Even at league minimums...

We outright cut his last 3 1st rounders last year. Not even a future 7th of interest. Doing no work and pulling up the ESPN highest rated player left would have likely done wonders for talent.
