Legality has nothing to do with it. It’s legal to go out of town, but a lot of probations stipulate you can’t leave the county without consent from your probation officer. My original terminology was incorrect... According to this, article, the bonus is not a 'roster' bonus, it's an 'option' bonus of $23.45M.
