    I think pick plays are being called as OPI. According to nflpenalties dot com, total is 72 OPI in regular season. With 13 dismissed. Apparently Washington is just 1 of 4 teams without an OPI this season. And I was wrong, Kittle only has 1. Feels like it was more though..
