Tate at 4.53 is a good time for him. Great time even, for him. Rumors were he was gonna run in the 4.6s or so. 4.53 is plenty fast for the NFL. Well but there is a bit of a margin of error for other higher value positions. A high level #2 edge or WR is still gonna be a solid 20-25M acquisition and also a very valuable piece on an offense or defense, since you need two of those guys anyway.
