    Muriel Bowser was just on 106.7. She sounded pretty positive on the deal getting done. They really didnt get into the name very much, but to me at least, it didn't sound like the name had been a big part of the discussion of the deal, either way.

    Agreed. Basically, a plurality is the best any name was going to get. ( Which is why staying WFT may have been our best bet ) There is only one name that would still get an actual majority.

    I mean, he was asked about it. He responded. I then saw where Jason Buck, a former player for us who says he is Native American, said he was going to make a plea to the President, ... maybe that spurred on his further comments, I dont know.

    It seems like they don't really use the " Commanders " wordmark that much, and of course I'm fine with that. Besides it being a way below average name, the wordmark is hard to read.
