    Yeah VOR, the Seattle coaching staff has done a damn good job with Darnold. KOC worked wonders with him, too.     No thanks to Harris as DC. One of the great things about Coach Gibbs is he knew what people should be coaching what unit/position: Dale Lindsey as LB coach, not DC, for instance. I think Harris is better suited to staying away from calling a D.

    DQ gets no grace period because of new coordinators adjusting to their roles. If you get those hires right the first time, you wouldn't need to try again, especially since this ain't his first rodeo as HC. As SIP said, there is limited time to maximize JD5's rookie contract window.
