    I'd just appreciate the FO taking a long term outlook to rebuilding this team. The record NEXT year doesn't matter. If the FO sees a guy at #4 they deem is a "franchise" guy I'd support it.

    I don't understand the need to get rid of Smoot. Fred seems like a sold vet 3rd corner for this team that probably won't be easy to replace. Is it an age issue? I dont think the team can afford to get rid of ALL its veteran CBs....especially since Rogers may or may not be back.

    I don't remember it that way. SS had lost the team, wasn't putting in the required effort, and overall seemed complacent and unwilling to adjust. I was screaming for his head.

    Can anything be done to fix this team THIS year? I seriously doubt it. Stripping Zorn of duties won't accomplish anything but give the organization/FO another black eye for their treatment/undermining another head coach. OTOH, Zorn probably deserves it. Clevland may be the only offense...
