I hear you and agree to a large extent. Where I am cominng from is my own experience watching camp -- the easiest spots to asses for me were QB, CB, WR -- and all my takes in real time on those spots aged well. Not because I am a savant but because if you watch enough practices those spots are...
From my experience going to camp its hard to completely botch where players who are playing great you label them as playing poorly or vice versa. And that goes double as to the WR spot and Cb. Its probably the easiest spots to watch in camp so many one on ones to watch.
i recall one camp...
His take to me has more weight than anyone here who is not in camp including myself. I am not saying his takes are 100 percent spot on - i got no idea. But i know from my own experience when ive gone to camp i can give real opinions from what i see. When i diont my opinion about camp is...

He seems hyped about most players in camp, has liked Sainristil in the past -- he doesn't think he's having a good camp. But I'll say from my own experience watching camp -- its subjective. People came at it with different takeaways.
He's been a meh guard, mostly career backup, and played IMO poorly at guard last year so the idea that he emerges as a decent center in theory seems a stretch on paper.
But I'll give them the benefit of the doubt if they think he's a decent center. I got no idea. But I get why national...
