Quinn's putting a lot of faith in a first-time playcaller when his job is probably in jeopardy. I take it the team figured McDaniel was taking a head-coaching gig elsewhere.
I mean this respectfully because dude seems like a good guy. I know they won't, but I really hope they move on from Quinn this offseason. I'd rather they just rip off the Band-Aid than wait until midway through next season.

I went into this season cautiously optimistic that this team turned a corner. They're going nowhere with this poor defense and potentially wasting Jayden's rookie contract years.
We talking in the literal sense as in this specific roster, a Dan Quinn-led team, or just in general? I was referring to just in general. If we're talking about just a Dan Quinn-led team, we can look back to the NFC championship.
