    As was mentioned earlier, it may not be Harris who is the limiting factor, there are other owners. If someone owns 10% of the franchise, then they would be required to put up 10% of the cash cap.     Heck, I'm not sure it would need to be an either/or siuation with Aiyuk and Diggs. Rotating receivers should keep them fresh and provide a safeguard should one become injured, and when we use a 3 receiver set, there would be three viable options.
