  1. Assume the worst - Clean house or stay the course?

Might as well clean house. Del Rio is more or less figured out and eventually becomes easy pickings every game. Watson was off, completed only 50%, but got three TDs. Scott Turner. I don't know if he's tanking or he's just not competent...but he's also PREDICTABLE. Teams sniff his screens every...
  2. Commanders Coffee #6

Well, it looks my prediction has come true(we are not beating Dallas short of injury en masse).
  3. Official Game Thread - Week 17 - Browns @ Commanders

We'll find a way to lose this game, I'm pretty sure. Snyder isn't gone yet and thus he has to comply with the other owner's wishes, which is to not interfere with a more "deserving" team in the playoffs. 7 or 8 wins assures us being the no man's land of mediocrity, not enough to get a stellar...
  4. Official Game Thread - Week 15 - Giants @ Commanders

The competition they are playing against is small fry sans Saquon, Darius Slayton is like a 40/60 guy with the 60% being drops. Then Bellinger is a reliable TE. The Giants have no one else and supposedly their OL is not that good. Those drives shouldn't even have entered FG territory if this...
  5. Official Game Thread - Week 15 - Giants @ Commanders

The holding at the start of the game was the first hint of slanted refs...they called one later on the Giants but kept the yellow in the pocket for that foul afterwards, probably because they were more than satisfied it indirectly gave the Giants a TD. Defense coughing up a 4th and 9 is a...
  6. Official Game Thread - Week 15 - Giants @ Commanders

On the other hand though, scoring sooner would have given the Giants more time to drive down the field and get a FG, and our D wasn't really doing anything to show they could get pressure, stop Saquon, or not let a WR/TE get wide open.
  7. Official Game Thread - Week 15 - Giants @ Commanders

I predicted this team was a 7 win team. Looks like the next three weeks will cement that result barring a few hundred miracles. San Fran and Dallas got fierce pass rushes and Cleveland will probably have a competent and warmed up Watson by then.
  8. Snyder Approaches BOA on Prospective ‘Team Sale’

He is a Redskins fan. A Texan who went against the grain.
  9. If He Is The Slightest Bit Sorry...

Dan has no conscience. Riggo said a long time ago Snyder had a dark heart, and the questioner gave Riggo to walk it back and Riggo stood by his statement.
  10. Wishlist - Top 5 Characteristics in New Owner

Bezos is one.... https://www.thefamouspeople.com/capricorn-entrepreneurs.php He has a lazy eye, not dreamy ones though. ;) I'm also one.
  11. Snyder Approaches BOA on Prospective ‘Team Sale’

It's not that. When he did run the show, the working conditions at Amazon would be best described as high stress. Now, the team won't have warehouses or anything...but he has a way of piloting his ship.
  12. Random Commanders Thoughts

Dan can use the "I'm Jewish" card. ;)
  13. Snyder Approaches BOA on Prospective ‘Team Sale’

Well, if Bezos runs the team like Amazon, the little sheep will be under plenty of stress.
  14. Snyder Approaches BOA on Prospective ‘Team Sale’

I wonder if beating the Colts was part the reason Snyder is selling. Mr. Irsay super mad we didn't tank against the Colts. We can thank Heiny and Terry for saving the franchise.;):p
  15. 2022 Roster Updates

Being good at playing doesn't mean having an eye for talent and scouting others. Elway's chases for a QB is just an obvious example. Whereas, Chris Simms is pretty good at seeing potential and ability in other QBs.
  16. Packers Week - Studs, Duds, and Hat Tips

Ron needs to be a very dumb monkey to not see Wentz's poor footwork, eyework, etc on film, especially the very first game on the job here, where Wentz basically did lose the game to Haskins. Also, the media has already "shaded" Carson Wentz regarding his lack of leadership. Such relinquishment...
  17. The Bombshell

They don't mind driving away those who care about the old history. If not on purpose...then "accidentally-on-purpose".
  18. BGO Blind Pig: Week 7 Commanders vs. Green Bay Packers

Such a "fan", that Mr. Snyder.
  19. Hein-O-Meter: Week 7 vs. Packers

Taylor was indeed poor in the 1st half. A curve could be granted though...he's been out of the starter's routine for a while. Second half, he got solid. Some real bonus points for that end-of-game throw to Mclaurin though. Real poise to deliver the ball where it had to go...we needed that...
