    The 2026 Draft Thread - Day 3

I'm probably not moving back from #71 to pick up an extra 6th or 7th. Not worth it. I'm targeting an extra 3rd, 4th or high 5th

    The 2026 Draft Thread - Day 3

I wouldn’t mind using a 6th or 7th as that are lottery picks. Not sure I’d use anything higher. The issue with drafting a kicker is it is not a position you can give a struggling guy time to develop. I much prefer finding Moody competition from the UFL

    The 2026 Draft Thread - Day 3

If we can move back in the 3rd and pick up an extra 4th or 5th, I would so love to come away with a TE, post safety and center in rounds 3-5. Even if we don’t, given we pick toward the top of the 6th, I’d imagine, given the depth of each of these classes, we may still get a better prospect at...

Covering the Commanders: Keim and Company Discussion

Teamworks raised a monster round of capital last year. At this point, they must be one of NC’s largest private software companies and likely the largest pure play sports private B2B software company in the world. A B2B company doesn’t care about the consumer business as it is incongruent with...

4.33 guy + leader + film junkie too. Former walk on who made himself into a likely Day 2 pick

    The 2026 Draft Thread - Day 2

Thanks for this. My take is 71 is out of the picture because I can’t see the coaching staff trusting a rookie starter. When you take a center Day 2, that guy has to be an immediate starter at center or guard and that isn’t happening here. Agree with you that someone with some starting level...

He has very short arms (< 31 inches), weighs 300 and has 9.5 inch hands. If he’s there in the 5th, sure but I wouldn’t touch him at 71

Ding ding ding. I am very very confident it is this. Interesting this is public now given how careful they are about now wanting to smear players on the way out For why they kept starting him, perhaps that is a big reason Bobby Johnson is gone

Keim knows and hinted at it. More than his play, it was how he called protections

If MJ were in today's NFL, what position would he play at 6-6 225? Move TE?

Yep. Was probably due to the groin injury but Suter rated him low, even as a blocker, when he was doing his grades week to week on Sheehan's pod

Is Eli a Y TE? I think that’s what we need as Bates is the only Y TE on the roster. Thinking about 2027, Bates could be a cut candidate. He wasn’t particularly good last year

    The 2026 Draft Thread - Day 2

I am hoping that #71 can be a trade down spot to move back a bit and pick up an extra 4th or 5th. With the depth that's there at TE, C and S in this class, I think we could find possible starters or at least productive players at rds 3, 4 and 5 in this class.

RWJ This draft has a lot of solid centers who are going to go Day 3. I can see them waiting until the 6th to grab one. Keep in mind too that it's not really Allegretti or bust. There are a few veteran guys out there like Pocic and Daniels who may be healthy by the summer

I'd like to see us add another slot CB specialist like Kohou to backup and challenge Robertson

Akhello would be good veteran depth here. Broke his scapula twice and was on IR twice last year. I think of him as the Van Jefferson of the CB room

I’d be worried about his tackling but perhaps Mikey can go be safety who plays a lot of post safety
