it's the cards the fans are dealt. can't ask players and coaches to throw the games. I'll just hope we fuck over the eagles and get gifted a generational player lol.
no one knows if a higher pick will result in a better player for us. it's just the hope that there is a better chance that QBs get overdrafted and someone falls to us that shouldn't, or a QB is available at our spot that a team wants and can get us draft capital. I'm good with beating eagles but...
it's okay. don't beat yourself up too much. I was the biggest Rick Mirer fan and thought he was a can't miss prospect. blame NBC4 for always airing Notre Dame games and Rudy for being the best sports movie of all time. it's not your fault.
there is too much emotion in this thread lol.
1. we get rid of [insert player or coach] early and we'll find someone better or worse
2. we keep [insert player or coach] and it either works out or it gets worse and we get rid of them too late
seems no different than any other season until...
fair point, but I'd say it's less that they are "enraged" and more they don't wanna let us forget we're the little brother....not sure what I would call that emotion lol. even still. playing hard between the 20s is one thing. a 2 point conversion when the game is wrapped up and onside kicks are...
if you mean enrage the eagles? I don't think so. enrage your own players, yes.
imo, what you said would only make sense if the commanders were winning and took their foot off the throttle like they won the game already....which, to the eagles credit, they aren't doing I guess.
I agree. but their kicker needs more reps and it's against josh Johnson. the percentages are extremely low to non=existent that this is in this not an automatic win at this point.
Quinn also basically telegraphed he gave up.
