Becasue oknokwo is a 6'2 move TE.... Njoku is a 6'5 receiving machine... he can also block. Okonkwo isnt going to help for redzone production, thats Njokus bread and butter. we have very little size on the recieving end... need red zone targets. I would be happy if we got both of them.. but...
I’m just unpleasantly surprised that wash couldn’t land a decent mlb to upgrade from Wagner. LBs aren’t getting crazy money and it’s one of the biggest holes on this D
We’re not a destination because we have a shitty coach on a hot seat, who’s likely gone next year. 2 brand new coordinators and an oft injured qb. That’s too many ??? for most FAs
Getting Tunsil signed is good.. but cmon, he wasn’t going anywhere this year anyway. Looks like Peter’s will again focus on a bunch of C players.. and will most likely be looking for f m job this time next year
yeah this whole lets cut Biadaz (who is good and on a reasonable contract) without having a clear back up plan, is starting to worry me.. its not like Peters or Quinn have shown much of anything in the player evaluation department based on their lukewarm at best drafting and FA history. This...

patriots did in one year what Peters has failed at over 2 years. If he fails again this year.. I am done with him. Most of the Pats FAs on D at worst, turned in to high level contributors. We just keep cycling through old slow has beens.
There are no guarantees in life! period! Chase Young was a guaranteed elite talent DE. How did that work out?
He is no Antonio Brown and its unfair to compare him to Brown. He is not locker room cancer by all accounts. he doesnt get in to fights or beat womens, etc.
He is just unhappy in SF...
I dont get the fit for Okonkwo for this team. He is a 6'3 TE which is on the small side. Ertz is 6'5 and was our main and often only real redzone threat. Unless this team goes for big WRs (which i dont see many in FA) we will lose some redzone production from the TE group. I haven't seen enough...
