He’s a top 5 LT, so whoever plays LT is not going to be as good.
Coleman was winning the competition with Paul, and is probably (almost certainly) better than Paul at Guard.
I don’t put this on Peters. Center, ok, whatever. But he had built a really good, deep OL with a top 5 LT, good, promising young RT, stud RG, and probably a good LG, with good depth (Paul, Wylie, Trent Scott).
One bad luck injury and the whole thing falls apart. And Tunsil is generally not an injury concern.
