I have seen the recent photos of yourself, that you've posted.
And I must say you look darn good, for a 250 year old American
 
I don't mean to put a damper on this joyous day, but it just occurred to me that the 250th birthday of our nation, is also strangely the 25th anniversary of the largest attack on our land.
So, as we remember the men & women in uniform who made this 250th birthday possible, we can also remember the uniformed (and non-uniformed) heroes of 2001

Surfing channels and saw a well-dressed M.C. , introducing a huge event, talking about our great 250 years, etc.
So I'm like, this must be a dignified, honorable event, that I can't miss.
And it was a hot dog eating contest.

I was like, ok I guess that's "quite American". Not judging anyone, either.
But the thing that really got me is they had play-by-play, bite-by-bite, ANALYSTS, dissecting every move and aspect,
along with analytic stats, uesless data, and metrics, just like NFL's Next Gen Stats.
As if shamelessly & recklessly stuffing your mouth beyond its capacity was a highly technical and scientific-based sport.
