My guess is this is really a 2 year deal worth ~$16m. Or, essentially what he got from us.
We'll see when the contract details get released. However, when contracts are released, it's always by the agents (and was definitely the case here because the tweet referenced the agents, and the numbers are always bloated to show how good they are.
