For some, they would never go for the deal until every wrong in this world is turned right. There will always be something more important.

Now since this is a real thing that’s happening…what did you all think of this mock up? I invite you to watch the second video as it gets a bit more into the weeds on this design. Personally, I think this would look amazing. I can’t find something I don’t like.

This is where I'm at also, make it blend with the rest of the DC architecture while still incorporating all the bells and whistles of modern stadiums. I just don't want it to look like we are playing in the hanger of a Death Star.

All joking aside, can you imagine the utterly insane insurance premiums that place would have brought

Everyone on the premises would have had to sign a waiver. Potentially crack your skull on the ice in winter…maybe drown in Summer.
 
Not to mention the Herculean task of keeping that water clean, algae-free, animal-free, and clear of debris all the time. That’s a full time job in itself at that size. Idiotic idea 😂
