Selling the farm is worth it, if the return is worth it. You better damn well be right. Especially when you see what minor moves other teams make within the draft and come away with their guy. Mahomes, Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson.... all traded for on draft day. Matt Stafford... traded for. NONE of them sold the farm, all of them have been in the conversation for MVP, 3 played on championship weekend, and 1 is going to play for a ring in a week. If he's your guy, get him... it's the most important position in sports, but if he's not the next Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, or Aaron Rodgers, make sure you keep in mind the fact that he cant do it alone, and even those guys have had some serious talent around them.
