Random Commanders Thoughts

Everyone in the league knows how to beat a Manusky defense, well maybe except Jay.

Everyone in the league knows how to stop a Gruden offense, except Manusky. These 2 clowns are guaranteeing us a top 5 pick, hell maybe #1

At this rate, will either of them be here by there end of the year?

At this rate, will Haskins see action in the 2nd half?

Don't be too surprised if we lose to Miami! We'll be 0-3 after today, 0-4 after The Giants, 0-5 after the Pats, then it will be the 'Battle of the yet-to-win' teams. At least Miami won't go 0-16, 1-15 maybe, but not 0-16. That's left to us.

If our defence is supposed to be good, what hope do we have?

I'll post the same thing I posted in the game thread:

So will the Redskins win a game this season? Will every opponent score at least 30 points? Enquiring minds want to know.

Here's what we should do. Sack Jay, delist every player ABOVE 26yo, stop signing players who want to be paid, sign players who are 25yo and under. We'll see how good the 'veterans' are then!

Also another embarrassing no show performance by the Redskins fans (not that I blame them), but when they cut to the halftime show, all the fans behind the announcers were Bears fans.

Who is Mack getting by so easily?

No one. Literally. As in he was completely unblocked that first time. Every other time, he's abused either side of the line and still Norval Gruden doesn't give any help with a TE.

Make us 0-3 and Chicago 2-1 now, and that will avoid any embarrassment for us in the second half. Oh, and give Chicago another 21 points as 49-3 will be close to the final score.

The Redskins are who we thought they are.

Unprepared, unmotivated and lacking any real sense of team.

This is the softest team in the NFL save Miami and Miami is tanking on purpose.

These guys are supposedly professionals that are trying to compete?

Booger McFarland:

I am worried about the Redskins right now. On defense they don't generate any pass rush and play eight yards off in coverage. On offense the allow Khalil Mack to go one on one with the tackles?

My thoughts exactly.

Ever see the SouthPark episode where the boys are sick of playing baseball all summer so they try and lose. All of their opponents have the exact same idea though. Skins & Miami to a tee

A comeback? 😁

And then on fourth and one Case Keenum inexplicably reaches the ball out like he's on the goal line and the Bears take it away 😳😳

WTF?

Why was it so important to rush that play?

Makes no sense.

Take a damn time out if you have to.

Gruden just stood there with his mouth open.

Keenum should have known better than to rush the most critical play of the game for the Redskins.

5 turnovers tonight by the qb.

But we need veterans to run this complicated offense because they don't make rookie mistakes right? ðŸ'¿ðŸ'¿

This team is going nowhere.

The Redskins may beat the Giants without Barkley but once New England sees this team I shudder to think what the score will be.
