My Dad & I at the Blue Angels air show at Pensacola NAS 11.8.14 That truck behind us is called Shockwave & races planes...& often wins. It has 3 jet engines & tops off at 375 MPH & has 36,000 HP. Yeah, it's sick watching it race across the runway.

My wife & I on 10.31.14 for our 4th Anniversary dinner date. Notice the welding burn on my neck? Yeah, that sucker hurt.

This is from last Saturday. My family and I were VIP guests at the Millington (TN) Air Show. The Blue Angels performed and the seats we had were just behind the jets (you can see where the canopy was located and the fenced in area). No standing behind anyone. No being seated behind anyone. No obstructions of any kind. We were literally right there.

Under that canopy was a lot of great food and drinks. We had this picture taken just after the air show, well, after they had the pilots sign autographs for the large crowd that attended. I am the one in the dark jacket and my folks are just to the left of me.

Nice. Just saw them this weekend. I never get tired of seeing them.
 
My "kids":
My wife & our youngest, Chico Pico Salazar-Stepp in full throat. He's a dachshund/chihuahua mix & just under a year old.

Sgt. Rocky, full breed Min Pin. He is the 2nd oldest at 3 years old. He is supposed to look like a miniature Pincer, but he looks more like a large tootsie roll with legs. He's a little chubby. lol

Sgt. Pepper. He's a chihuahua mix & a rescue. When we got him at 16 weeks old, he was emaciated & terrified of everything. We got him from people who had a "farm" with 20+ other dogs, he was the runt, & was constantly bullied by the other dogs, from what we were told. Based on how he looked, it was easy to believe that. He's a little over a year old now.

Peanut, a dachshund/Jack Russell mix. He is the oldest of the group at 8 years old. Also, the biggest, the smartest (hence the "college" sweater), & the most sensitive. Also Chico.

My wife and I have already made the decision not to put the boy in modeling even though some with some background in media have told us we should, but when I take a shot of him like this one, I always second guess our decision. We were even thinking about the Gerber Challenge, but after reading through the rules and regulations, we decided it wasn't worth it.

Thanks Mike, it is surreal to think they are both my kids! Zach is so good to Leela, and it's funny but she knows who he is. He was here her first three weeks of like and we FaceTime him twice a week. When he walked in the door Tuesday night I thought she was gonna jump out of my arms to get to him!

Trying to man but every time I blink it's something new. Dada...doggie..mama..bye bye. It's just so much so fast!!
 
Go with the car - he can give a ride to a young chick with that set of wheels.

But, you can't go wrong with the truck if he prefers solo at this stage of life.
 
They're both 2 seaters..but the boss is 300 bucks and the truck is 80
 
Well, easy choice then.

Mine was a tomboy from the start - she is still a tomboy. Dolls and little purses didn't go over well with her. Athletic apparel and athletic accessories is what she preferred. The granddaughter seems to be the same way.
