Random Commanders Thoughts

Bizarre to me what's happened to the Sports reporting at the Washington Post. I grew up reading it--counted on it.

The paper's sour relationship with Dan Snyder has blinded them to just how awful their "coverage" of the team is.

They've become a tabloid.

Jason Reid is just the next in a long line of Post douchebags that think they're more important than the team they cover.
 
It's easy to lash out and insult someone who has already admitted he feels bad about something.

The game is actually in Seattle, not Dallas, McD5 and being in Seattle I am shocked the line isn't bigger on it.
 
Well, Dallas is 4-1 after all.

And of course, since the 'boyz ARE 4-1, the boys in Vegas are surely counting on the legion of Cowboy bandwagon fans that are coming out of the woodwork.

Looks to me like they're setting the line very cagey-like. :)

Good luck. The "keeping it real" gang can't stop themselves from peeing in the pool. They're negative people. They don't want to be otherwise. Or, let others be.

It's not realistic to be optimistic in any form about the Redskins these days. I guess the punter is good.

I met a guy at a Skins game not long ago - a Dream Seat season ticketholder. According to him, the Skins are only "Five great players away" from contending for a Super Bowl title.

Which of course could be said for every single team in the league. So that's an optimistic Skins fan - one who has abandoned all reason, sense of reality, and self-awarness.

By midnight, we can be back to only 2 games out of 1st.

I don't know why I'm optimistic about this weekends game, but I feel we squeak one out. Then again I could be totally wrong but I have coping mechanisms called beer.
 
I feel crazy but have the same feeling SO. Then again this is the type of game where we tend to make a rookie QB look like an All Pro, so who knows?
 
Looks like Palmer is starting per numerous reports in the webz. Bring the pressure Haz, he's not Bledsoestatuesque but close.
